Online classes will be taught via Zoom, and you will receive a list of ingredients to purchase, necessary preparation steps, and recipes, in advance of the class. Our instruc- tors will guide you through prepar- ing the recipes and you will have an opportunity to interact with them during the class to hone your cook- ing skills from the comfort of your home. On-site classes at the Chicago Botanic Garden will be offered as state and local health department guidelines permit. Capacity will be limited, social dis- tancing and frequent handwashing guidelines will be monitored, face coverings will be required for the duration of class, and samplings of dishes prepared in class may be served as take-home portions rather than consumed on-site.
