Tai chi’s fluid movements make the Chicago Botanic Garden an ideal location for classes. Meditation Exploration This meditation class is designed for working professionals; addressing common lifestyle concerns like stress, anxiety, or ruminating thoughts. Each session includes discussion and a guided 15-minute group sit. Suitable for be- ginners and those wanting to expand current practice. Wear comfortable clothing.
