13 Crew Biographies Nick Peebles (Technical Director) is happy to be back at Citadel Theatre after working on Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat . His other credits include Robin Hood , Meet Me in St. Louis , and The Odd Couple at Thunder Bay Theatre, Beauty and the Beast , The Full Monty , and Fiddler on the Roof at Timber Lake Playhouse. He would like to thank Sarah Lake-Rayburn and Tim and Patty Peebles for their love, support, and food. Mark Holley (Props Designer) is a temporary transplant from Memphis. Mark joined Citadel Theatre as a props designer for the production of The Explores Club and is very happy to be back. Mark has served in many roles on and off stage with numerous theatre companies in Memphis and San Diego. His favorite projects have been the ones he shared with his daughters Emma and Annie. Bob Boxer (Sounds Design) is Citadel’s resident sound designer. Bob designed sound for Citadel’s productions of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Little Foxes, Sex With Strangers, Scrooge and the Ghostly Spirits, Light Up The Sky, A Christmas Story, The Birds, and Elemeno Pea. Bob has worked with the Buffalo Grove Arts Commission, Symphonic Band and Parks Department. In his other life, he is a radio engineer, specializing in remote broadcasts of sports and special events. Bob sends his love and thanks to his wife Lori for her continuing support. Courtney Winkelman (Scenic Painter) is a freelance scenic artist based in Chicago, IL. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Design and Technology from Auburn University and has completed a scenic painting summer intensive at Cobalt Studios. When she’s not in the theatre painting, she is selling her art on Etsy and re-reading Harry Potter. Theaters she has worked for include: Windy City Playhouse, Chicago Scenic Studios, Paramount Theatre, Drury Lane Theatre, Trollwood Performing Arts, Victory Gardens, Texas Shakespeare Festival, The Gift Theatre, Porchlight Musical Theatre, Auburn University, De Paul University, Springer Opera House, and First Tech. She would like to thank her parents and sister for all their support over the years. Pat Murphy (Production Manager) Pat has been a part of Citadel for a number of years. Previous shows he directed at Citadel are A Christmas Carol several years ago, Deathtrap , the musical, Oliver , and a year ago, Light Up the Sky . He also acted in Lend Me a Tenor and Other People’s Money . Pat was Director of Theatre for 35 years at Glenbrook North High School where he worked with Charles Dribin and he directed over one hundred productions before retiring. Samantha Thielman (Backstage Crew) received her Associates in Fine Arts from Harper College and then attended Northern Illinois University for her Bachelors in Theatre Studies. Some of her works include: Bartleby the Scrivener with Organic Theatre, The Dumb Waiter with Proud Kate Productions, Sunset Boulevard with LZP Productions, Legally Blonde , Seussical , The Mousetrap , Last Five Years and Wizard of Oz with Big Noise Theatre, Over the River and Through the Woods with Theatre D. This is her second time working with Citadel and she is excited to be back again. Maureen Yasko (Intimacy Director) is an Actor, Fight Director, and Intimacy Director in Chicago. She is a subscribing member of and training with Intimacy Directors International, an Advanced Actor Combatant with the SAFD, and holds a BA in Theatre with a Music Minor from the former AASU in Savannah, GA. Moe is an Ensemble Member with Midsommer Flight, a Company Member of A Crew of Patches Theatre Company, an Associate Artist with Babes With Blades Theatre Company, and has luckily worked with many other fine companies around town. Love and gratitude to her incredibly supportive partner-in-crime, Chris Smith. When not creating in a theater you’ll likely find Maureen creating in a studio as a Certified Yoga Teacher.
