Ryan Brewster (Music Director) is happy to return to Citadel Theatre after serving as Music Director for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat last season! He has provided music direction for theatrical productions from Chicago, to New York, to New Hampshire, and Guatemala. Other area highlights include Christmas with Christine (Silk Road Rising, 2016, with Christine Bunuan) and 35mm (Circle Theatre, 2016). He received Non-Equity Jeff Awards for musical direction for Evita (2009) and Chess (2010) with Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre, and is on the Adjunct Faculty at Roosevelt University’s CCPA Theatre Conservatory. Jake Ganzer (Choreographer) is excited to be back with Citadel this winter! A director, choreographer, and educator throughout the Chicagoland area, he has worked on productions such as The Tempest , 25th Annual... , West Side Story , and Joseph... Dreamcoat . Most recently, he served as movement coordinator for Pride Films and Plays’ production of All That He Was . Previous performance credits include work with Porchlight Music Theatre, Music Theater Works, and Congo Square Theater. “Grateful to teachers, friends, and family for the love and support.” Samantha Tink (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be working at Citadel for her 4th season as the resident Stage Manager. A graduate of Carthage College, she also holds an MFA in Directing from East 15 Acting School. Samantha has directed such shows as Life Under Water , The Rose and The Ring and Seussical the Musical . Samantha is a classically trained singer and has been in such productions as Phantom (Chorus), Pirates of Penzance (Mabel) and Music Man (Tilly Squires/Pick-A-Little-Lady). Eric Luchen (Scenic Design) is an award winning designer based in the Chicago area. He received the Joseph Jefferson Award in 2018 for his design of Foxfinder produced by Interrobang Theatre Co. He is thrilled to return to Citadel where he last designed Peter and the Starcatcher . Some of his recent credits include Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story (Metropolis Theatre), All Shook Up (Williams Street Rep.) The River (BoHo Theatre) Other companies he has worked with include Circa 21’ Playhouse, North Central College, After School Matters, The Factory, Brightside Theatre, Artemesia, Redtwist, Sideshow Theatre, and Red Theatre. Diane Fairchild (Lighting Design) is happy to be returning to Citadel after designing Scrooge and the Ghostly Spirits and Joseph and the Technicolored Dreamcoat . Diane’s work can frequently be seen at Lifeline and Rivendell where she is an ensemble member. Other area credits include designs with Wheaton College, Teatro Vista, Mudlark, UIC, Wilmette Parks District, Theater Wit, and Victory Gardens.
