Crew Biographies 13 Kristina McCloskey (Director) is a freelance director and producer from Virginia, based in Chicago. She is an Associate Artist with Dandelion Theatre Company, and most recently directed their world premiere, Everything In Between . Previously, Kristina directed a staged reading of Richard III with Midsommer Flight/Unbound Theatre Co. Kristina has had the good fortune to work with 16th Street Theatre, Midsommer Flight, The Barrens Theatre, and Griffin Theatre. Brandon Waters (Managing Director) is extremely passionate about the performing arts and arts education. He firmly believes that art has the capacity to change lives and communities. He studied Financial Economics at Brigham Young University Idaho with a minor in dance. Brandon’s passion for dance inspired him to move from Idaho to attend graduate school in Chicago. He holds a Master of Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management Degree from Columbia College Chicago. He has worked in the arts community in Chicago in many capacities serving both the theater and dance community. Myesha-Tiara McGarner (Associate Director) is making her Associate Directing debut with Citadel Theatre Company and in Illinois with The Little Foxes. In Chicago she has directed Skin Deep at Artistic Home Theatre’s Cut to the Chase One Act Fest, Some Day (staged reading) at The Rockwell Theatre Bandits’ Ravenswood New Play Fest and Somewhere in Uptown at Collaboraction’s Peacebook Festival. She received her degree in Theatre and Directing from Northwestern State University. Louisiana directing credits include Ntozake Shange’s For Colored Girls… at the Jack Wann Theatre (2014 Bella Awards Outstanding Student Director) The Trip to Bountiful at New Venture Theatre (AD) and The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Theatre West (AD). She is represented by NV Talent. myesha-tiara.com. Mark Holley (Production Manager/Props Designer) is a temporary transplant from Memphis. Mark joined Citadel Theatre as a props designer for the production of The Explorers Club and is very happy to be back. Mark has served in many roles on and off stage with numerous theatre companies in Memphis and San Diego. His favorite projects have been the ones he shared with his daughters Emma and Annie. Samantha Tink (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be working at Citadel for her 4 th season as the resident stage manager. A graduate of Carthage College, she also holds an MFA in Directing from East 15 Acting School. Samantha has directed such shows as Life Under Water , The Rose and The Ring and Seussical the Musical . Samantha is a classically trained singer and has been in such productions as Phantom (Chorus), Pirates of Penzance (Mabel) and Music Man (Tilly Squires/Pick-A-Little-Lady). Amanda Vander Byl (Costume Designer) is excited to join Citadel Theatre for the first time on this production. She recently graduated from Illinois State University with an MFA in Costume Design. Her recent credits include Romeo and Juliet , She Kills Monsters , and the Spring Dance Concert at ISU. She was also an assistant costume designer with the Illinois Shakespeare Festival for the past two summers.
