Biographies 14 Crew Biographies Special anks Daniel Lewis (Lighting Designer) is a Lake Forest native and recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His recent Lighting Design credits include Melancholy Play , Richard II with Madison Shakespeare Company, and the world premiere of Slavoj Žižek’s ANTIGONE with The American School Collective. He hopes you enjoy the show! Rachel Rauscher (Scenic Charge) is excited to be working with Citadel Theatre for the first time. The Atlanta native earned her BA at Emory University and her MFA in Scenic Design from the University of Virginia. Previous design credits include Pinkalicious (Marriott Theater), Junie B Jones (Northbrook Theatre), The Good Fight (Babes with Blades), Chapatti , I Love a Piano (HeritageTheatre Festival), Wonderful Town , Vodka Variations (UVaDrama), as well as various shows with Haven Theatre, 20% Theatre, The Comrades, Bravo Theater Co, Blue Goose, Dandelion Theatre, Poetic Forum Collective, etc. She has worked as a scenic artist for companies around the Chicago area, including work at the Marriott, Haven Theatre, Steep Theatre, and Chicago Scenic Studio. Eric Luchen (Scenic Designer) is thrilled to return to Citadel Theatre for his sixth production. Previous credits at Citadel include Light Up the Sky, Elemeno Pea, Educating Rita, Other Desert Cities, and Deathtrap . Other recent credits include Foxfinder (Interrobang Theatre, 2018 Joseph Jefferson Award Recipient) The Bridges of Madison County (Circa 21’) Haymarket (Underscore Theatre). Other companies he has worked with include Brightside Theatre, Artemesia, Redtwist, Boho Theatre, Sideshow Theatre, and Red Theatre. Bob Boxer (Sound Designer) is Citadel’s resident sound designer. Bob designed sound for Citadel’s productions of Sex With Strangers, Scrooge and the Ghostly Spirits, Light Up The Sky, A Christmas Story, The Birds, and Elemeno Pea . Bob has worked with the Buffalo Grove Arts Commission, Symphonic Band and Parks Department. In his other life, he is a radio engineer, specializing in remote broadcasts of sports and special events. Bob sends his love and thanks to his wife Lori for her continuing support. John Harmon (Master Carpenter) has been a carpenter for over 30 years and especially enjoys projects with an artistic element. He has worked on numerous theatrical projects but this is his first production with Citadel Theater. He is enjoying being a part of the artistic team for The Little Foxes . Cate Gillespie (Dialect Coach) has worked on accents and dialects in recent productions with Red Theatre Chicago, City Lit Theater, Haven Theatre, Vitalist Theatre, Promethean Theatre Ensemble and, of course, Citadel. She is a freelance grant writer, and also works as Development Director for The Viola Project (www.violaproject.org) which creates Shakespeare programs for girls.
