Wednesdays, Mar 25, Apr 1 • 10 am Sagawau Bird Hikes Hike with a naturalist! Learn to identify birds by eld marks, behavior, sound and habitat. Binoculars available for loan. Wednesdays, Apr 8 & 29; Friday, May 8; Sundays, May 10 & 17 • 8:30 am MARCH Winging it with Waterfowl* Dabble or dive into waterfowl identi cation using some simple methods to gure out who’s who on the pond. Ages 14 & up. Saturday, Mar 21 • 1 pm Dragonfly Monitoring Survey* Help the Illinois Odonate Survey track dragon ies and damsel ies by becoming a monitor. Dave Dolak from Columbia College will show the geologic highlights of the Palos area starting at Sagawau. Ages 18 & up.
