Sunday, June 5 • 1:30 pm Twilight Walk* Some wildlife begin their day as the sun begins to set. Learn about these animals and more on a guided walk. $3/person; Registration required by 6/11. Tuesday, June 14 • 6 pm The Un-buried Treasure Hunt Pick up a treasure map at the welcome tent then decode the clues along the trails to find the un-buried treasure. Sunday, June 19 • 11 am–2 pm JULY The Bald Eagle: Celebrating Our Symbol Bald eagles are pretty cool. Stop by to learn why. Sunday, July 3; Monday, July 4 • 1:30 pm Campfire Stories* An evening of stories, songs and s’mores around the campfire. $3/person; Registration required by 7/18. Thursday, July 21 • 7:30 pm Bug-a-Palooza Learn about the amazing diversity of insects as we catch and release them. Sunday, July 24 • 1:30 pm River Monsters Wade in as we explore the Des Plaines River and learn about the creatures that live under its surface. Bring a change of shoes.
