Try your hand at several outdoor recreation activities. Explore, discover and create! Thurday, Apr 6 • 11 am–2 pm Dan Ryan Woods Visitor Center S Western Ave & W 87th St, Chicago Bike the Preserves: Sauk Trail Woods Join a guided bike ride around Sauk Trail Woods. Ride will be approximately 5 miles. Bring your own bike and helmet Saturday, Apr 8 • 7:30 am Sauk Trail Woods-Central–Forest Preserve Dr, south of W 26th St, South Chicago Heights Bird Sit Bring your coffee and join us for a bird sit. Staying in one spot, we’ll see which birds come to us. Limited supply of binoculars available to borrow. Saturday, Apr 22 • 8 am Sauk Trail Woods-Central–Forest Preserve Dr, south of W 26th St, South Chicago Heights Earth Day Help the earth with a litter clean up at your local forest preserve.
