38 Fitness for All activities are focused around getting and staying healthy. Whether it’s an opportunity to build your endurance, stretch your muscles, or build gross motor skills, we’ll help put the “active” in interactive. Unless otherwise noted, Fitness for All activities take place Monday through Saturday from 10 - 12 a.m. in Habitat Park , weather permitting. CALENDAR OF EVENTS FITNESS FOR ALL March 26 & 28, Apr 1-6: Hop on Pop Can you pop bubble wrap with your toes? Well, that’s exactly how this activity goes! Hop from spot to spot while rhyming a lot. Use your listening ears to spot the rhyming words in this Dr. Seuss-inspired game. April 8-20: Butterfly Dance Create a pattern by moving your body to the beat like a butterfly. April 22-May 4: Go to the Nest Be a bird in Habitat Park! Flap your arms and glide like a bird to help gather and sort colored eggs into nests. May 6-18: Family Freeze Dance Grab the whole family for a grooving round of Freeze Dance. May 20-June 1: Spider Walk Can you walk and skip through a web without getting stuck? Move like a spider with a partner in the spider walk. June 3-15: Bubble Bonanza How many bubbles can you catch? Experiment with blowing and chasing bubbles as they float in the air. June 17-29: Nature Twister Stretch your arms and legs and as you twist your body on our Nature Twister mat.
