39 CALENDAR OF EVENTS Science Sleuths let children become lab detectives as they study evidence, make predictions, and test their hypotheses with the guidance of a Museum educator or local professional. Programming takes place approximately every other Wednesday from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. April 10 & 25: Water Cycle Experiment to discover how water can be a solid, liquid or gas. May 8 & 22: Fingerprint Investigation Calling all detectives! Are all fingerprints the same? Learn all about fingerprints and their unique characteristics. June 5 & 19: ROY G BIV What makes up a rainbow? Join us as we look closer at colors and how rainbows are made. Math Counts introduces children to the wonderful worth of math in a fun, informative way. Enjoy a special storytime before engaging in fun activities that deal with the basic building blocks of math: sets and patterns, counting, numerosity, geometry – even algebraic thinking!
