38 Fitness for All activities are focused around getting and staying healthy. Whether it’s an opportunity to build your endurance, stretch your muscles, or build gross motor skills, we’ll help put the “active” in interactive. Unless otherwise noted, Fitness for All activities take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. inside the Museum. CALENDAR OF EVENTS FITNESS FOR ALL Jan 7, 9, 14, & 15: Indoor Ice Skating Get your feet shifting at our indoor ice rink. No ice or skates needed. Jan 21, 23, 28, & 30: Wheel of Fitness Round and round it goes. How you’ll move your body, nobody knows. Come and spin the wheel of fitness to see if you will be spinning in circles too. Feb 4, 6, 11, & 13: Red Light, Green Light Watch for colored signs and use your listening skills to move from one place to another by playing a few rounds of Red Light, Green Light. Feb 18, 20, 25, & 27: Roll and Bowl Ready, aim, roll! How many foam pins can you knock down by rolling different kinds of balls down the lanes? Mar 3, 5, 10, & 12: Animal Action Ready, Set, Action! As we listen to animal sounds, let’s act and move like animals. Mar 17, 19, 24 & 26: Fitness Dice Get energized as we roll our fitness dice and act out different movements.
