Ravinia 2019, Issue 3, Week 6

A MESSAGE FROM BMO FINANCIAL GROUP BMO has been a proud supporter of Ravinia for over 40 years. Being part of the Ravinia Fam- ily gives us the opportunity to support Ravin- ia’s mission of educating and enhancing lives through the arts and ensuring that great music is accessible to all. We are excited that the 2019 season marks the opening of the BMO Club. This newly built space will be a lively venue for connecting family and friends while offering magnificent views of Ravinia’s famous lawn. At BMO, we have a proud 200-year legacy of making tomorrow better. With a focus on col- laboration, learning, and innovation, we work with our community partners to achieve sus- tainable solutions and shape the future together. In 2018, BMO contributed over $18 million to charitable causes across the United States. Nine- ty-three percent of our employees participated in the BMO Employee Giving Campaign, do- nating $7.3 million to local United Way organi- zations and other US charities. Our commitment to act responsibly and think about the broader impact of everything we do is aligned with our sustainability principles and our values. These core values of integrity, empa- thy, diversity, and responsibility, as well as our guiding principles around social change, finan- cial resilience, community building, and eco- nomic impact, are integral aspects of the way we work with our community partners. We remain committed to helping develop forward-thinking solutions that benefit society as a whole. We believe that corporate social responsibility is about human connection and is a journey best traveled in partnership with our community partners, like Ravinia.
