Ravinia 2019, Issue 6, Week 11
AUGUST 12 – AUGUST 25, 2019 | RAVINIA MAGAZINE 53 e Avrum Gray Family, in memory of Joyce Gray Ravinia has been a part of the Gray family tradition for more than 60 years. Mae and Joe Gray started this tradition, o en bringing family and friends to share their love for Ravinia. I rst came to Ravinia as a boy in the ’40s, and loved it from the start. Ravinia is an undisputed cultural gem, with something for everyone. Over the years, Joyce and I brought that same love of Ravinia to our children, and now to our grandchildren. Among our favorite summer memories are those of coming to Ravinia on Sunday nights to picnic and enjoy music with our children and grandchildren. We are so fortunate to have this treasure in our backyard, and the Gray family is proud to support its programming.
