Boka Catering’s visionary Chef Giuseppe Tentori begins the series across June 8, 9, and 12 . Unparalleled dining experience is the signature of Boka Catering, with sophistication and creativity and that will elevate these opening nights at Ravinia. Chef Tentori has earned such accolades as a Michelin star and “Best New Chef” by Food & Wine , and now as Executive Chef of Boka Catering, Tentori infuses events with innovative cuisine. With a history of catering to diverse events, the culinary team ensures that every dish is a masterpiece tailored to delight the senses. Alinea’s Roister adds inviting warmth to the nights of July 14 and 27, Aug. 11 and 29, and Sept. 8 . Hearth-focused, rustic dishes are infused with fine dining finesse by Executive Chef Adair Canacasco for a casual, comforting dynamic. Rooted in primal cooking techniques with modern flair, Roister’s cuisine offers understated platings bursting with vibrant, global flavors at the peak of seasonality. With Chef Canacasco glowing up Ravinia’s kitchen and inviting guests to join in the culinary experience, each meal will transform into a delightful sensory adventure. Fireworks of flavor will make their own holiday weekend over July 5, 6, and 7 as One Off Hospitality takes over the kitchen. Led by Culinary Director Will Carter , One Off Hospitality has finely honed culinary expertise from over 20 years’ experience developing and operating some of Chicago’s most beloved dining destinations. Guests can anticipate that Chef Carter, along with Chef de Cuisine Dylan Patel (avec) and Head Butcher and Chef Rob Levitt (Publican) , will curate tantalizing menus and gourmet concepts for a gustatory journey like no other.
