Festival Connect is a comprehensive initiative of the Grant Park
Music Festival to increase lifelong learning opportunities for
audiences and to foster a diverse participation in music and the
arts. These programs include:
CLASSICAL CAMPERS
A half-day music and arts immersion program serving 1,600
children ages 6-12 each summer with a trip to Millennium Park and
an introduction to classical music.
PROJECT INCLUSION
In partnership with the Chicago Sinfonietta, Project Inclusion is a
two year orchestra fellowship programproviding promisingminority
pre-professional musicians with the opportunity to perform with
the Grant Park Orchestra, play chamber concerts in community
venues, and receive one-on-one mentoring.
APPRENTICE CHORALE
An advanced training program for pre-professional vocal students
from DePaul and Roosevelt Universities providing an opportunity
to perform with the Grant Park Chorus in Millennium Park and in
several community venues. Now in its tenth year.
CLUB 615
A free weekly pre-concert lecture series providing patrons with an
in-depth look at the Festival’s programs and performers. Saturdays,

PM in the Choral Hall at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.
