Geneva Lewis

Originally from Auckland, New
Zealand, 20-year-old Geneva
Lewis has performed as a
chamber musician and soloist
throughout the United States and
Europe. She has been a member of many prize-
winning ensembles, and is a current member of
the Ravos Quartet, which was selected as a New
England Conservatory Honors Ensemble 2016/17.
She is also a current member of the Callisto Trio,
which was the recipient of the Bronze Medal in the
senior division at the Fischoff National Chamber
Music Competition, as the youngest group ever to
compete in the finals. Most recently, the Callisto
Trio was invited to participate in the Masters on
Tour series of the International Holland Music
Sessions, during which they will perform in such
locations as the Philharmonic Bratislava and the
Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam. Geneva will be
entering her third year of studies at the New England
Conservatory, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in
Violin Performance, where she is a student of
Miriam Fried. She has been the recipient of a number
of solo and chamber music awards, including first
prizes at YoungArts, the Music Center Spotlight
Awards, ENKOR, Fischoff National Chamber Music
Competition, St. Paul’s String Quartet Competition,
and the M-Prize, among others. As a soloist, she has
performed with the Pasadena Symphony, Pasadena
Pops, Diablo Symphony Orchestra, Culver City
Symphony, Sierra Summer Festival Orchestra,
Brentwood Westwood Symphony Orchestra, and
Antelope Valley Symphony Orchestra.

Martin Rodriguez began his
musical training at Bilbao’s
“Conservatorio Juan Crisostomo de Arriaga” where
he studied under the tutelages of Rosa Gutierrez
and Ara Cividian. He has also received instruction
from Jonathan Brown, Silvia Simionescu, Kim
Kashkashian, David Takeno, David Quiggle,
Nobuko Imai, Gerard Causse, and Pauline Sachse.
An avid chamber musician and soloist, Gonzalo
has performed in some of the most reputed concert
halls of Europe, including Gewandhaus Leipzig,
Musikverein Wien and Sendesaal Bremen. He has
performed as a soloist with the Bilbao Symphonic
Orchestra, the Deusto Chamber Orchestra, and the
“EIO” youth orchestra’s Venezuela and Brussels
tours. He is a top prizewinner in the 2017 International
Anton Rubinstein Competition for Viola, the
Concurso Jovenes musicos de Euskadi, as well as a
two-time winner of the Ensemblewettbewerb HMT
Leipzig. Additionally, Gonzalo has participated in
chamber music festivals and fellowships throughout
Europe and the United States, including “Lenk
musiksommer,” “Presjovem,” the Prussia Cove
International Musicians Seminar, the “Harmos
Festival” concerts, and the 2017 Ravinia’s Steans’
Music Institute. He is currently completing his
Masters of Music at the HMT Leipzig under the
tutelage of Professor Tatjana Masurenko.

American cellist Gabriel Martins (b. 1998) is the gold
medalist of the V International David Popper Cello
Competition in Hungary, and the silver medalist of
the VIII International Tchaikovsky Competition for
Young Musicians in Moscow as well as the 21st
Sphinx Competition. According to legendary cellist
Ralph Kirshbaum, Martins has “revealed heart,
passion, intellect, and a finely-nuanced palette of
colors in a compelling manner worthy of a seasoned
artist.” He has performed as soloist with ensembles
such as the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra,
New Russia State Symphony Orchestra, Sphinx
Symphony Orchestra, Aspen Conducting Academy
Orchestra, and Fukuda Ensemble (São Paulo). He
is also the newest member of the SAKURA Cello
Quintet, which has been described as “brilliant”
and “superb” by the Los Angeles Times. Martins
began playing the cello when he was five, studying
with Susan Moses in Bloomington, Indiana. He was
a fellowship student at the Aspen Music Festival
and School for two summers, where he participated
in the Finckel-Wu Han chamber music studio and
won the concerto competition. He is currently an
undergraduate student at the USC Thornton School
of Music, studying with Ralph Kirshbaum. In
his freshman year at USC, Martins won both the
concerto competition and the solo Bach competition.
Raphaëlle Moreau

Raphaëlle Moreau, coming
from a family of musicians,
started the violin aged four in
the Suzuki system. Showing
great promise from a very early age, Raphaëlle
Moreau played “Oblivion” by Karol Beffa with
the London Symphony Orchestra in Salle Pleyel.
In 2009 she went on to study with Professor Pavel
Vernikov at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole, and
was awarded first prize and the overall grand
prize at the International Andrea Postacchini Violin
Competition. At 14, she commenced her bachelor
degree at the prestigious Conservatoire National
Supérieur de Paris under the tutelage of Prof. Roland
Daugareil. She went on to continue her studies at the
Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne with Prof.
Pavel Vernikov as a Masters student. Playing as
a soloist accompanied by orchestra, she took part
in the Sion Festival and played with the Orchestre
de Saint-Maurice. As well as this, she was chosen
to participate in the “Jeunes Interprètes” program,
where she performed live on Radio France a full
recital. She continued to play in major festivals such
as Festival du Périgord Noir, Montpellier Radio
France, Rencontres Musicales d’Evian, Rheingau
Festival, Stavelot Festival, Rencontres Musicales
de Gstaad and the Festival de Pâques d’Aix-en-
Provence. Within this time period, she was chosen
to participate in the highly prestigious Seiji Ozawa
International Academy for two consecutive years.
During the season 2016-2017, Raphaëlle made her
debut at the Cologne Philharmonie, the Dortmund
Konzerthaus and was invited as a soloist to play
with the Orchestre Symphonique de Bretagne,
Orchestre des Lauréats du Conservatoire and the
Pelléas Chamber Orchestra. Raphaelle recently was
chosen by audition to be the next Concertmaster of
the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester. She is currently
finishing her Second Masters Degree, specializing in
solo playing under the tutelage of Renaud Capuçon.

Chaeyoung Park, from South
Korea, has received top
awards in many national and
international competitions, including 2017 Juilliard
Gina Bachauer Competition, Gold Medal in Music
by the National YoungArts Foundation in 2014,
2015 Cleveland International Young Artists Piano
Competition, 2015 Yamaha USASU International
Senior Piano Competition, and 2014 Arthur
Fraser International Piano Competition. She has
performed in such halls as Orchestra Hall at Chicago
Symphony Center, Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music
Center in New York, Cleveland Museum of Art,
Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, New World
Center in Miami, Helzberg Hall at Kauffman Center
for Performing Arts, Kodak Hall at Eastman School
of Music and Lied Center of Kansas. She has
performed with the Utah Symphony Orchestra,
Kansas City Symphony, Rochester Philharmonic
Orchestra, Cantion Symphony Orchestra, New
Millennium Symphony, and the Topeka Symphony
Orchestra among others. She has participated in
masterclasses with renowned artists such as Leon
Fleisher, Jerome Lowenthal, Boris Slutsky, Jorge
Osorio, Michael Stern and John Perry. After starting
piano at age six in South Korea, Chaeyoung moved
to Lawrence, Kansas, in 2007, and studied with
Dr. Jack Winerock of the University of Kansas for
eight years. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor
of Music in Piano Performance under tutelage of
Robert McDonald at the Juilliard School.
Chase Park

Chase Park, born in 1998, began
his musical training at the age
of four with Madeleine Golz
at the JCC Thurnauer School
of Music in Tenafly, NJ. At age 11, Chase was
accepted into the Perlman Music Program, where
he spent seven consecutive summers intensively
studying chamber music and cello performance
under the tutelage of Merry Peckham, Ronald
Leonard, Paul Katz, and Itzhak Perlman. That
same year, Chase began his studies at the Juilliard
School’s Precollege division with Minhye Clara
Kim. In 2014, Chase was featured on NPR’s From
the Top, performing the Schubert’s Impromptu No.
3 in G Major accompanied by Christopher O’Riley.
He also collaborated with the Shanghai Quartet,
performing the String Sextet in G major by Johannes
Brahms. In addition, as a finalist in classical music,
Chase was invited to participate in Young Arts’s
National YoungArts Week in Miami, FL. Chase
