The bride might be the leading lady on this
fairytale day, but the name of the game isn’t
“Beauty and the Beast.” It’s time for the men to
share the spotlight with their bride-to-be. Here
are some quick tips on how to bring big-day
beauty center stage. It’s time to get groomed and
make way for the manover.
There should be gender equality when it comes
to providing high-level skin quality. Recognizing
some men might be timid to the treatments,
couples can go on a spa date so men can be
introduced to treatments. Spa dates are the
perfect ‘time together’ experience for couples
to do leading up to a big day. And thank the
metrosexuals for breaking down barriers.
Today’s spas make it non-intimidating for guys
to get facials, and most spas have treatments
designed for men’s skin only.
Procrastinating plagues even the best boys.

Get him started on a skin-care routine in
advance of the big day. Think monthly facials
for your man with an at-home skin care routine,
too. This will give him a clear complexion,
and the daily maintenance leads to younger,
healthier looking skin. And it’s not just about
feeding your face. Healthy diet and exercise
regimens reflect above the shoulders. You have
to work hard to look your very best.
WHEN MONTHS BECOME WEEKS
Cherry red and punch pink should be the
shades of bridesmaid dresses, not his skin. For
the weeks before the wedding day, avoid major
sun exposure. Instead, explore different tanning
lotions or spray tan to see what shade works best
for you. He might not admit it, but most men
prefer their look with a little sunkissed glow. So
lather up on the sunscreen and seek a healthier
alternative.
IT’S GO TIME
The key to smooth sailing on the day of comes
from the shave. Cleanse skin, use a foam shave
product, very warm water and shave in the

products. Final touches? Stick with an aftershave

A healthy marriage is made of equal parts, and
